Play and dance in the spirit of a cultural tradition for children age 7-14.
Dig deep into the cultural roots of the land we share and discover a new way of expressing your spirit while practicing the traditional folklorico dances of Mexico. Follow in the steps of our region’s ancestors, build confidence and physical dexterity, and honor the past generations who have stewarded this land for centuries. Join us in forging a link across time to the heritage we share. As the saying goes, “To move freely, the tree must be deeply rooted.”
Costumes are provided.
Session 2 will run on Wednesdays from September 29 to November 17, 2021.
